How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly.

When i google myself i can't find it. Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions. What this is, is a more natural appearing mugshots used for easynpc. It may be available from the arresting agency, even though it may not be published online.
