Craigslist is totally controlled by trolls since it's founders insist on user moderation, known trolls who are or have been institutionalized run the site. Additionally, craigslist took a hit in 2018 when they decided to shut down the personals sections of their us sites. Craigslist had gotten practically useless with all the people spamming a bunch of car names for junk car ads. Admitted pedophiles can not be flagged.
